Happy Tuesday!

Wellbeing & Connection:
First, open your workbook and set up your page. The title can be "Journal". Next, check in with yourself. How are you feeling today? Draw the emoji that matches your mood, then try the breathing exercise video. Do this exercise every day, as often as you like-no writing necessary! Notice how you felt before you did the breathing exercise, and how you felt afterwards. Did it help? Write about it if you like. Now choose one section of the page to complete: Self-Care Tip, Think About It, Character Trait of the Day, or you can choose to draw a picture of someone being curious. Finally, get to it! 😊 |

Writing:
Today we're doing part one of our self reflection. This is very important! We need to take the time to think about our learning this year; where we have grown, and things we should continue to work on. You may print out the file below, or simply write your reflection in your workbook. It is very important that you complete this reflection. This reflection will be included in your final report card for grade 3!
Here's what you need to do for part one of this reflection:
Watch the video below. Feel free to pause as you go to write down your emojis.
I'm great at this= 😊
I'm pretty good at this=😐
I need to work on this=😟
Below the video are the Core Competencies we've been working on this year (read through them at your own pace). Start thinking of examples to describe at least one thing you are doing well, one thing you're doing ok, and one thing you need to work on. You'll need these examples for tomorrow.
