First, open your workbook and set up your page. The title can be "Journal".
Next, check in with yourself. How are you feeling today? Draw the emoji that matches your mood.
Third, choose one section of the page to that you haven't done yet: Self-Care Tip, Think About It, Character Trait of the Day, or you can choose to draw a picture of someone being helpful. Rainbow Breaths is an exercise you can do every day, as often as you like-no writing necessary! 😊
