Wellbeing & Connection:
First, open your workbook and set up your page. The title can be "Journal".
Next, check in with yourself. How are you feeling today? Draw the emoji that matches your mood then do the Heartbeat Jumps and reflect on how you felt before, and after you moved your body.
Now choose one section of the page to complete: Self-Care Tip (write a reflection about how you feel after playing a game), Think About It, Character Trait of the Day, or you can choose to draw a picture of someone being grateful.
Finally, get to it! 😊

Writing:
What is your absolute favourite thing to do in the summer? Explain your favourite summer activity in detail and make sure you use lots of descriptive words. Make me believe it is the BEST thing to do in the whole wide world! You can write this paragraph in your workbook. The title can be "The best summer activity ever!", or come up with your own title.
Remember to brainstorm your ideas first, then write your draft. Finally, please take time to do the writer's mumble, and revise and edit your work. Use the rubric below to help guide you.
