A Closer Look at Thursday:
Wellbeing & Connection:
First, open your workbook and set up your page. The title can be "Journal". Next, check in with yourself. How are you feeling today? Draw the emoji that matches your mood, then try the breathing exercise to the right. Do this exercise every day, as often as you like-no writing necessary! Notice how you felt before you did the exercise, and how you felt afterwards. Did it help? Now choose one section of the page to complete: Self-Care Tip (write about what happens to your mood after taking a few minutes to yourself? Is it good for your mood? Why or why not?), Think About It, Character Trait of the Day, or you can choose to draw a picture of someone being kind. Please work on adding lots of detail to your reflections. Your responses should be a paragraph with about five sentences. Finally, get to it! 😊 |

Title: Mystery Box
1) Brainstorm 5 locations you'd like to go and why. 2) Choose one location and explain what you'd do there. How would you feel? Who would you talk to? What actions would you take? How long would you stay there? How would you being there change the rest of the book? |
Explain your thoughts and try to go deep.
